Katie Hand London, Summer 2011 - UK Today Program

Katie Hand is beginning her junior year at Indiana University. She is an English major, minors in classical cultures and psychology, and is seeking a certificate in business foundations. While studying in London, she hopes to feel the inspirations for classic literature, Invasion-era music, the magical world of Harry Potter, and other forms that are simply enchanting to the whole world, college students from Indiana in particular.

  My experiences are so valuable because of how I understand them. The cultural differences between London, the U.K., and England and Indiana, Lawrenceburg, and the United States are what make me appreciate the composition of all of these places even more than before I left.
